There is a good possibility that A1C is another arbitrary number used by medical professionals. However on the carnivore diet, where zero carbs have been consumed, A1C can elevate. If it’s an indicator of carb consumption, how is this possible? Remember much of the numbers we are bludgeoned with are bunk like cholesterol, blood pressure and sodium intake.
