I haven't ordered yet.. but i don't plan to hook up till i need it.
Does anyone know if i buy the hardware, that i can use the inactivated hardware to activate and get the 1st month? It's a pricey internet and I'd rather not have to spend that much unless i need to. I would prefer this internet, just not at this price.
They will activate you automatically once you receive the equipment. I think it's after 60 days, but I could be wrong.
If you complain, they'll credit you for a month.
I only know because I'm in the sticks and didn't order the hardware to do the install until I had the unit in my hand. Some other projects got in the way while waiting on mount parts to be shipped and it took longer than expected. Got an email saying they were going to activate whether I was ready or not.
