About an hour ago House Republicans agreed to go through with Massie's plan of breaking the bill into smaller ones dealing with specific subjects.

Now Speaker Johnson has backed out of this agreement and is trying to work with Democrats once again, pushing the same bill that Trump and Musk publicly denounced. They have both previously stated that they would primary any Republican who passed the bill Speaker Johnson is now working on.
