How can Senators and Representatives work in sync in Congress for the benefit of the entire nation, if every state has it's own rules?? Seems state related issues belong in state capital business and nation related items belong in Congress. I'm not remembering all of my early learning of how the government works and runs but how can they ever agree if things are not ruled upon an even base in Congress?
