When did Joe give Hunter two waivers so he could enter the Navy as a Commissioned Officer? Does a Commissioned Officer have more immediate access to nuke naval ship info.? Do we still believe Hunter was a “loser” testing positive for drugs and getting dishonorable discharge or did he test positive on purpose because his mission of stealing secrets was complete? Didn’t he go to China in Dec of 2013 with Joe??

Yes. As a member of the DD214 club, you can theoretically be re-activated and made to stand trial to either a Military Tribunal or Courts Martial court should there be enough evidence presented and ordered so by the presiding court.

Note: this isn't done often, but it can be should the evidence prove damages are so great to national security, etc. 🇺🇲🇺🇲🇺🇲
