There are still gangs in the surrounding countries. A good part of their reason to exist is our porous border. Close the border and their human trafficking ops dry up.

Either get serious about choking off the drug trade or legalize the stuff and you kill the rest of their ops.

But the Clowns In America wouldn't be very happy with that arrangement.
