I think he's overridden my lefty coworkers' programming. After the election, they were dragging around and calling off for "mental health days" constantly, randomly bursting into tears, and generally acting like someone died. He's done so much since he's taken office that they can't even keep up with what they're supposed to be upset about and have defaulted back to their factory settings of behaving normally.
