Not all children with autism are capable of being autists. That is rare. Many children with autism are what the genocidal maniacs wanted to create for their own evil purposes.
No, autistic children used to be called retards when I was in school in the 60's. They are not the top 1% of the population like you want them to be. They don't score over 97 on the SAT percentile test either. It is what it is.
IMO ---- a more defining trait ----- is the lack of empathy.
