I hate to say it but this is one reason for hiring outside the country. American children have been dumbed down so badly they can't offer anything from their education. Many of our young think going to college means party time. It is getting harder to find a licensed contractor, I had to hire an electrician from 30 miles away and pay extra for travel time. Thank goodness they were really good with my problem. No matter how I tried I could not raise my bill above 300. The breakers, multiple at a time would throw, and this was from making a pot of coffee when the fridge was on. It ruined my microwave to where if I hit the start button it shut down the whole house even though it was on a separate circuit. I spent a lot of time on the boards because I could not run my air conditioner enough. I set in my refrigerator and worked on my computer. A local electrician charged me for a vit and said I was just using too much electricity, non are licensed locally, an d I don't have any idea HOW THEY GET AWAY WITH IT. Also I found out my plumber was not licensed when I was trying to get a building permit. He said he would have to move 60 miles away for the closest place to get an education good enough to pass the tests. Also a big shortage of vets, I no longer go to mine because he gave me medication for my cat that caused a slow agonizing death. I looked up the meds and found they should only be used sparingly due to the stomach problems leading to death.
