I think OP is referencing the ~$4.7 Trillion to represent the number 47 ....hence the reference to Q drop 47 and / or Q Drop 74

In Alice in Wonderland, the White Rabbit loses its keys and Alice follows it down a rabbit hole

The TAS field or "Key" was often left blank making it difficult to trace where the money is going ...e.g. down a hole.
