I believe this was boating excursions to the reefs and refuge next to both little and greater St James Island. The area is a great snorkeling and diving area. Fairly certain the boats wouldn’t actually go to the islands with the small docks it had. Certainly it looks bad, but I have many doubts It has anything to do with Epstein and is likely to do with a small company contracted by Disney to entertain guests with a day trip while on their cruise.

I agree. I’ve scuba dived right off Little St James, you can take a rib boat from Red Hook over and anchor just off it.
