I'm old enough to remember when the CDC told us that keeping 6 feet apart from other people and having cashier's stand behind plexiglass would prevent transmission of an airborne virus...

6 ft apart and close down restaurants and bars at 10pm. 6 ft apart until you sit down, and no indoor dining because of virus but outdoor dining is fine....
