It was reported that they dropped all there tariffs
Reported where? I can't find anything saying that.
An Ontario Premier suggested that Canada should drop them. But that's just him saying it, and he's just the Premier of Ontario, so it matters very little.
We still have a 25% tariff on most Canadian goods.
