The Important Question

“Seeing then that all these things shall be dissolved, what manner of persons ought ye to be in all holy living and godliness ….” Now in view of the fact of what has happened, what is going to happen, and what God is going to do in the future, then you and I ought not to be standing on the sidelines twiddling our thumbs today. But specifically, what are you doing today to get out the Word of God? That’s the important question as I see it in this hour for every Christian. Every church, every pastor, every person sitting in the pew needs to ask the question. I’m here to get the Word of God out, to do something positive.

Daily Promises

Is It Worth It?

When we face those moments of temptation to chase the treasures of this world, we must ask ourselves, is it worth it?

Should I be asked whether I would propose the West, such as it is today, as a model to my country, I would frankly have to answer negatively. No, I could not recommend your society as an ideal for the transformation of ours. Through deep suffering, people in our own country have now achieved a spiritual development of such intensity that the Western system in its present state of spiritual exhaustion does not look attractive.
