I mean, from a practical standpoint it’s probably hard to give evidence against the sitting Sec. of State in Colorado when you’re already in state prison. She would be safer in federal custody while giving testimony and then she could probably be moved to witness protection for the duration of her sentence.
I don’t think Trump can pardon her since it was a state “crime” (really just interfering with their crimes).
