It sucks for us drone operators using DJI products but maybe we'll finally get a US manufacturer step up to create drones in this price range because right now a basic US drone is stupid expensive.
This is based on these drones having constant connectivity to Chinese internet and data services.
Why would you want them flying around your country and property then uploading to a cloud server in chyna? Remember the Chinese guys getting constantly arrested around vital infrastructure and bases?
Same thing should be done for the Chinese robot vacuums that actually map your home and send that data to Chyna.
I do not buy such things. No drones, no robot vacuum (if I cannot do it myself, I pay a physical crew - mainly Americans). Wish I don't need a new car but unfortunately, I am not handy that way.
Good. America has to ban a ton of other foreign stuff too. And ban Chinese and Indians from coming to the US.

My rumba is a brush and pan. Old school is the best.
I do use a vacuum but mostly brush and pan. LOL

It drives me nuts when I see those "MADE IN THE USA" (using global parts) stickers on items.
DeWalt and Milwauke power tools are classics with that.
But I just smh and buy them anyways cause they're still cream of the crop...
