In 83 I had a conversation with my Boss who was involved with international Buisness. I mentioned a theory I had concerning a similar set up with IMF and world Bank on a global scale. He looked me square in the eyes and said careful where you say that, your smarter then you know….
Looking back I realize how based he was, and did not even know what that meant. I also realize now how much I gleaned from that man before he passed. Again without even knowing what he was teaching me.
And to think I was convinced in the mid 1990's that they were using Foreign Aid as their money laundering operation to steal taxpayer funds (why else were there so many diplomatic trips to those countries?) and stay in power. Bread crumbs compared to this.
