IMHO, there needs to be some level of coordination on our side.
Random people calling these hotlines aren't going to generate much in the way of responses, but if mulitple people call reporting nearly identical "ICE" activity, well then it's much more likely to illicit a response from the commutards.
Ideally we'd have an established decoy, and then a series of "reports" about the decoy which resulted in coordinated response by the tards to keep them busy. Meanwhile, regular ICE is able to take care of business.
"So here we go - a growing list of the reported "ICE Activity Hotlines" that have been submitted to us. Flood the hotlines with "information" about where the ICE activity is... and let's continue to create mass chaos for these Communists.
If you have a phone or fingers to type... you can get in the fight and help protect ICE and law enforcement.
