From the People's Republic of Oregon.. clear and cold in the twenties this morning. No rain or snow which we desperately need it's going to be a long dry summer we don't get some moisture soon

Maybe Spring rain if no snow?
That will definitely help. A good snow pack ideally melts slowly and feeds the river streams and reservoirs throughout the warmer weather thank you again for your prayers
