Nobody was afraid to say it in the USA. Gimme a break. They may have felt like they couldn't stop traffic with it, or get everyone around to drop to their knees in prayer along with them. But I haven't ever known people to fear saying "praise god". Or, "oh sweet baby Jesus"! Or anything like that.

I don't know everyone, of course. And there is a spectrum to everything, obviously. But I would encourage you to not develop a persecution complex and just live out loud like peoole are encouaged to in this country.

Look at all of the churches. Look at all of the radio and t.v. preachers. Look at how marriages and funerals tend to have pastors just right out in the open talking about the lord. I mean, Mega Churches are a thing in this country. lol. Nobody is afraid to worship here. Go easy, and may god be with you christian brother/sister.
