As long as BCI is only for people who want it, the government should be allowed to stop it. What I want to put in my brain is my business as long as I have given my informed consent.
It starts with consent. Then you're told you can't get a job or other a social support without it.
That is the violation of First Amendment, and thats when people have to fight (and the covid times have taught people how to do it).
Remember, throwing away First Amendment is NOT the solution to address VIOLATIONs of First Amendment.
Start organizing the Militias.
Before we start organising Militias, the population needs to start understanding what is endowed to us humans by the Creator, and what is restricted from the governments by the constitution, and what the remedies are when government overreaches.
Then those of us who want to enjoy the bounties given to us by God in the shape of technological progress can enjoy it, while being sure that they will not abuse it.
especially when they use electronics to bypass dead nerves and can stimulate the limbs to work again!
It's worse than you ever could imagine...
