The most basic qualification for ANY elected office is to be loyal to our Constitution. Every office holder is required to take an oath to that effect. If they lied about that loyalty, perjured themselves in taking that oath, or violate that oath at any time, they are able to be removed from office. You can lead that effort in your state. Use Qua Warranto and convene a Gran Jury of your fellow citizens, and if you indict, present that to the AG. That power is OURS, not governments.
