When executions are done anonymously the deterrent effect of punishment is lost. There is something to be said for public executions! Personally, I favor hangings on the White House lawn for treason.
Nope, don’t disgrace the White House with hangings. Do the executions as they should be done, anonymously and the remains cremated and disposed of so no personality cults can arise. No remains returned to families. Public announcements made after the fact.
