This is very very common on the Mexican border. The women wait until they are in labor, and then claim a medical emergency,as they have no hospital in their small Mexican border towns.
They reason they have no hospital is they all come to the US.
They have been doing this crap for many many years.
Multiple families live under a single roof. The men work their day-laborer jobs, until they can pool their money together to buy (nice in the beginning) trucks and equipment to run their own business as subcontractors. Once this is achieved, the women who aren't staying at home to help the other women are on the jobsite with their men as helpers.
The women who do stay home are taking a percentage of the money earned, and buying the worst cuts of meat for the lowest prices, clothes and stuff from goodwill/thrift stores etc, and generally doing things to help save money.
And the goals are varied. Some are trying to save up money to buy land and property in Mexico/other South America countries, some are taking care of family still in Mexico/other South American countries, and some are staying here and buying houses and what not living the american dream.....
"So yes, you can't have the kinds of immigration programs other countries have when you can just have a baby here, and now that child is an American citizen, so there's a lot of things we're gonna have to take a hard look at.
The baby needs to file a tax form for the hospital birth, Medicaid, cash, welfare, and in California, the diapers. Instead of chain migration, we initiate chain taxation on all relatives of said new citizen. The SC judges with children from foreign countries should have recused themselves for conflict of interest.

If the whole family is living of that baby's welfare payment, what kind of care is it getting?
It sounds like the baby is deprived of its entitlement.
They've got it down to a science.

Charity is for charity. Not government.
SCOTUS has only proven what we already knew. They hate America. There is no other possible explanation.
