Honestly, I just think this is part of a sentence taken out of context by a leftist rag like the journal.ie.
Just read the comments under the article to get an idea of the type of leftist scum that “read” this “article”. Just look at the vile childish comments defaming President Trump.
They don’t even attribute it to a “journalist”, just AFP;
