Set up a new agency $$$ hire more people to run it $$$, garbage police $$$ administration $$$ new policies for your garbage company (whistle blowers) $$$ fines and harassment for the public $$$ Raise in fees $$$$. These people are just stupid Crazy, while homeless are throwing their garbage on the streets and others burning it in there back yard ??
Our city had already implemented this. Food waste must be deposited in the Yard Waste bin. Moar work for me because we cook. That means all vegetable Cuttings need to be put in a counter container and then every few days dumped in Compost or Green Bin.
Here lies the problem…the City doesn’t have the budget to hire people to do this citywide every week. Just like with the county when they wanted to make you reduce wood burning fireplaces in the winter- they called it -No Burn Days - oh we have contracted with Law Enforcement to police the sky’s for smoke - plus your neighbors can rat you out. Fucking Stupid should be moar painful
They appear to have set up this in our small town in California. I think it’s more of an illusionary threat. Nobody believes they will get into serious trouble for not sorting their trash correctly. Will waiting for election fraud to be fixed in this state so we don’t continue to have nut jobs making these stupid laws.
So the cops can't protect your daughter from being gang raped by illegals, but they have time to dig through your trash to see if you can obey the rulers like a good little boy or girl? GMAFB.
I can think of a few stinky options that could be placed in the trash that would quickly put an end to them sniffing around.

They no longer need to do that due to the fact that the trash is no longer in the dumpster, but on the very streets where they roam....
