That is not unusual.. to sign an NDA when reviewing information not public.
But when it is a Democrat, I assume something Nefarious
I assume it's a combo of shady donors and bad news.
I've read that ALL NDA's are null and voided if the agreement is protecting unlawful / illegal products or methods. Or signed under duress...that matters, too.
If the DNC is hoping a rich sugardaddy will pull them out of insolvency, smart donors usually donate because they believe they can get something from the recipient. Looks like the Dims are going extinct from their own ineptitude, backing stupid and ruinous policies, and drifting so far left that they are about to hit the ditch on that side of the road. Big time donors won't be able to leverage anything or any advantage from a party that they perceive as losers and probably out of power for a long time to come.
