I see what you’re saying. The single ordinal numbering of the letters avoids confusion caused by the double digit numbers. I think multiple meanings exist so I say cool find!
Also it works via, I think it's called reduction, the sum of the digits:
Q = 17th letter, 1 + 7 = 8
A = 1st letter = 1
N = 14th letter, 1 + 4 = 5
O = 15th letter, 1 + 5 = 6
N = 14th letter, 1 + 4 = 5
So Qanon = 81565
It's 2 routes of describing the same property of our base10 numbering system.
