What are NSA core records? Can you post a link?

I can't find a legit source for this either. A search led me to this guy's blog:

Not sure what I’m looking at.

I searched tineye.com for this image and its oldest results are tweets from April 9, 2018 but the twitter accounts associated with them have since been suspended.

I was unable to locate an archive on archive.org or archive.today for any of these tweets.

The most recent non-suspended link found was from Nov 8, 2018 with no source other than "NSA Core Records" listed.

I'm not sure how well tineye links work over time, but here is the search performed:

Of course google images has no record of the image.

Anybody know of a source for this "NSA Core Records" data?

Even then it wasn't sourced to anything verifiable.
