Saddly i dont think it matters. They are prosecuting him and will stack the jury with antifa blm. We are in the age of it doesnt matter how right and how caught on video it was.

According to his posts on Twitter sandmans lawyer (Lin something or other) is doing everything he can to put a legal team together. So Kyle does have that going for him. Either way I agree hes in for some shit, but if this anons summations are correct, the kid knew the risks before he even got started.
