People tend to think of things in terms of "good guys and bad guys," but, Q is exposing how blackmail is used to control politicians (especially those in important posts, like, say, how Hillary was Secretary of Defense) and make them do their bidding. The pedos are tolerated, encouraged, and actively entrapped by foreign powers who threaten to expose them if they don't do what they want.
