It means the military will be here under the guise of administering the vaccine, when in reality they will be here to keep order when Trump wins the election and mass arrests begin. Call them Storm Troopers. MSM shut down. Social Media shut down. Emergency broadcast. Hollywood shut down. Aired Military Tribunals. Aired confessions. Great awakening. The Surprise will be theirs.

I’ve seen QAnons talk about “October surprise” a few times thinking Q mentioned it in the past. I’ve been trying to find it but maybe a Patriot just made it up?
I think the term is also used for influencing elections
Don’t worry guys, vaccines are 100% safe, unless they’re administered before an election, in which case vaccines are extremely dangerous and the population is at grave risk.
Any vaccines that have to do with Gates, I won’t deem as safe.
