I've been going around on this tweet. I think the capital letters point to Rattletrap...which is a parsing program for data analysis. But...I can't get all the cap letters included and have tried many combinations.
Now today, 9-10-220, I see this Q post #4644 last line 'election gaming.'
rattletrap is used also for gaming, I think.
