All, we've listened to your feedback over the past week and made a few changes to the WIN.

We will prioritize discussion above any other criteria. This will involve us using stickies to hold on to any discussion promoting material. Overall we will be using them differently than T_D.

All Q Posts will be unlocked for comments going forward, following the 9/13 format.

We want to promote Submission Statements for all future posts. If you include a submission statement, we will prioritize your post for a sticky. We want you to break down your post for the common audience so they can engage with it.

We will work on improving the sidebar to make it more user friendly.

Thanks for posting this. It might have already been suggested, but I'd love to see the resources section made beefier if possible. I've been doing research, but since I'm new, I can't always easily identify which sources are dubious and which are reliable. I'd love to see a section expanding on that...or a thread...or a wiki...whatever works best.
I really like your efforts to encourage discussion. Again, big ole Q-noob here, so it's very helpful to see the thought processes behind a post or expanding on a post - and then to see if others agree/disagree and why.
