I think it's important to note the Eagle doesn't have arrows in it's claws. It's not going to war...apparently? I see your "17", but I wonder what else those, what would you call them? Shapes?...could be? This is a really interesting find. Thanks for pointing it out.

In quantum physics, the notation to represent a quantum system, such as the state of a quantum computer, is the so-called “ket” notation. For example, the ket |QC> would represent the state of a quantum computer. Following this terminology, <quantum|gov> then represents the overlap of |quantum> and |government>, which is what the national effort is all about.

EDIT 2: So my original question seems to be answered by "It's quantum notation", which eventually led my mind to think this might, possibly, somehow relate to War Castles. Anyone else?

Quantum is a strange branch of physics that costs a lot of money and hasn't yielded anything useful to justify it's existence. The Higgs boson was confirmed. Has that produced a more powerful nuclear weapon? Is that going to produce a more efficient nuclear reactor?

There isn't anything even proposed that would be useful out of the field. The most interesting thing I've heard them talk about was using spooky action at a distance to produce instantaneous communications(whereas now we have to wait on the speed of light) What practical applications does that have? making money on arbitrage in financial trading? does that do anything useful for humanity? Maybe we could use that instantaneous communication to talk to Pluto or Mars without any delay. Who or what, the hell do you want to communicate with that is living on another planet?
