Analysis Q Drops 4865 / 4866 // and POTUS/C-i-C Speech Des Moines IA 10/14/2020

As in previous comments, Q drop times are converted to ZULU (UTC) for two reasons. Ability to correlate events, ability to identify substantive nature of elements of events.

These two drops fall into the 01:00:00 time 10/15/2020 date ranges. In a sense, in terms of actual signalling outside the information contained within the drops themselves, it doesn't matter what day it is... what only matters is the continuity and coordination of action initiated at a given moment. Think Pavlov... Q drops during a POTUS speech, or as commented on earlier at the beginning and end of a Senate Floor speech / debate session (see comment history). In these instances the information within the Q drop may or may not be remarkable or relative in any way.

For instance Q 4865 refs a willsommer tweet 54 minutes old, which itself refs a information at the 29 minute mark in a PodSaveAmerica podcast quoting Obama stating that "QAnon is seeping into the mainstream of the Republican Party." Assume that Will was listening to the Pod cast live, and that means that the information in the Q drop is 88 minutes stale. So two questions arise; why would Q wait 88 minutes to drop, and the second question is why was Will listening to a podcast and not the President's speech?

Love to get a look at that teleprompter to see if there isn't a Q on the page for timing purposes. Worked though the problem of transmission delay and ZULU synchronization... long explanation... but I satisfied confidence in timing issues both theoretically and through practical testing. It works, I don't sweat that hurdle any more.

Needless to say, the President is setting a cadence... Q drop button pusher is synching what he sees from a broadcast feed... knowing what is about to be said, knowing the cadence, synchronization to a word or phrase is easy. (Think... "The $64,000 Dollar Question".

You see that plane behind the President. It cost a bazillion dollars, is manned by communications experts, and has "got more televisions, televisions everywhere, in the walls, in the closets..." ...you get the drift.

Timestamp of Des Moines speech (FOX is the way to go most of the time / never ever use RSBN for time synchronization - love the commentary, but...) Use these counter times (bottom of screen - hour/minute/second) and corresponding ZULU times. Watch how carefully the President is watching the teleprompter and timing his remarks... not just reading them. Love it when a plan comes together.

One last observation re Q 4866, The Hunters Become The Hunted mock movie poster, and the "We have made America proud again. This is the first time I got out a magnifying glass and went over that poster with a fine toothed comb. There is a faint water mark in the bottom right corner. If you have not seen it before... check it out.

And Q 4867 and Q 4868... do the math and you'll figure out the event to which they correspond.

So much for the Q drops. The rest of the speech. WOW! And yes, it kicks off right at 00:00:00 ZULU. But that is for a follow up comment. I will leave you with this that came at approximately 23:43:-- 10/14/2020 when the President remarked about Bruce Ohr finally being fired from the Department of Justice. The President makes a couple of remarks about Bruce Ohr's wife, and makes some comments about "Mollie." We all know, and the President knows, her name is "Nellie." None of these people misspeak. We simply do not know what message they are sending or to whom the message is intended. Quick research, process of elimination and here is where, when I get the time, I am going to go down the Moly rabbit hole:

There is a narrative being developed and it is not what we ( I include myself because it is way to early to be able to figure this one out) think. Completed review all Senate Judiciary Committee confirmations hearings for Judge Amy Coney Barrett. Below is transcription of Senator Graham's closing remarks and two time-stamped portions of Day 3 (the last day) of Judge Barrett's hearings, Day 4 was dedicated to some procedural whining by the Democrats and two panels of witnesses.

If you just read these drops times as 9:32:43 (without converting the ZULU time to ET time) the Q drops mark a 24 hour delta correlating to the end of the Day 3 confirmation hearing (on 10/14/2020). First glance appears to be stretching it, but read on.

Unfortunately cannot provide exact time correlations (mea culpa), however, it is not hard to figure out Q drop 4879 and Q drop 4878 correlation (look for bold face text in transcript below and remember what you read in the earlier comment above).

Earlier Q drop 4876 and Q drop 4877 most likely occurred during the last part of the exchange between Senator Kennedy and Judge Barrett. TIme-stamp link provided below of that portion of the hearing most likely to be that correlation. It is quite an interesting exchange, pay close attention, get that feeling that we will be hearing about this subject in the near future. Again, sorry for ball parking the times on this one.

Graham: I'd like to associate myself with those remarks of Senator Blackburn. I'm gonna tell you about where I grew up. I don't know why. It just seems like a good way to end this thing. Its got nothing to do with anything, but... I grew up in a small town in central North Carolina. I was the first in my family to go to college. My dad owned a bar, a pool room, and a liqueur store. My mom ran the bar, my dad ran the liqueur store, and when I was old enough I ran the pool room. This is why I think I'm a good Senator. Its good training for this job.

But I remember..., speaking about music... , we had a Piccolo... .

Judge Barrett: I don't know what a Piccolo is.

Graham: Well, you're too young. A Piccolo is something you put money in... to listen to the song. And the one song I'll remember to my dying day, talk about country music titles, was 'My Wife Ran Away With My Best Friend And I Miss Him'.

Judge Barrett: [Laughs]

Graham: So... this is a wonderful country. And I just want to say to my Democratic colleagues, I have lost sleep over this hearing. I did not know how it would go. There's a lot of tension. 2020 is the year that is unbelievable in every fashion. You've asked challenging questions of the nominee, you've asked probing questions of the nominee and at times you've done some of the things Senator Blackburn talked about in my view. But thank you, on behalf of the country, for allowing us to get through this hearing in a fashion that I think is befitting of the Senate.

To my Republican colleagues, thank you for being patient.

But this is not about us. Its about you, Judge. I will end where we began. The hope was not to really change anybody's mind. I don't think that was possible in today's environment. And I say that accepting 2020 for what it is. But I'm hoping that people that did not know you, know you better. I'm hoping that young women who are conservative see hope in you... what Senator Blackburn said. I hope people who listened found your positions reassuring.

You are one of the most amazing human beings I've ever met in my life. That's saying a lot, because I've got to meet a lot of incredible people as a Senator, and otherwise, serving in the Air Force. Your knowledge of the law is just unbelievable, deep and wide. Your judicial philosophy, I think, is very mainstream. You are exactly what a Republican would be looking at picking. Not so much a Democrat. And that's not a slam on you, because elections have consequences. And to my good friend Senator Whitehouse, I want to reform the system, it needs to be reformed.

But nobody had to spend fifteen cents to tell me you're qualified. I figured that out on my own. I followed your career from afar. And this is the first time I've really had a chance to interact with you. And all I can say is, I've seen a lot of people come and go. We've had some of the most talented people in this country sit where you're sitting. And you have accorded yourself well.

You have much to be proud of. Your children have much to be proud of their mother. Your husband has much to be proud of in his wife. You have much to be proud of in how you have served your country so far.

And with Amy Barrett... the best is yet to come.

So, in another time, in another place, you'd get everybody's vote. Its not about you. Its about us. Somehow we have lost our way. There's no blaming one side verses the other. It always seems to be that our people get treated pretty harshly. I voted for Sotomayor and Kagan because I saw in them the qualities that a Democratic President would be looking for and the character and the integrity that the public would appreciate and would be fitting of the job.

Elections do have consequences.

This vacancy came about through the tragic demise of one of the greatest women of any time. She did things that no other woman was able to do and through her actions paved the way for women to achieve their goals. She had a different philosophy than you do judicially. That is OK.

I hope its OK that you can be pro-life and adhere to your faith and still be considered by your fellow citizens worthy of this job. I think you have met every test that any reasonable person could impose in terms of qualifications. I think you met every test in terms of disposition and character that the public could hope for in terms of having somebody sit at the table of the Supreme Court. You will be confirmed, God willing. You will have my full support. I see in you not only someone who is highly qualified for the court in every way possible, but somebody that has broken new ground in a positive way for the country.

So what we will be doing now is go in closed session. The FBI evaluation will be presented to the committee. That's standard practice for every nominee. We will meet just in... where's the room... Dirkson G50. You will be with us. We do this for every nominee going back to ... Chairman Biden. And... its over. The hearing part is over. You can have two glasses of wine if you like. The hearing part is over. You acquitted your self well, but the journey you are about to take is going to be challenging. Its going to be rewarding, and may God Bless you in this endeavor.

Graham finished this six minute speech just before 9:00 PM ET 10/14/2020. Note lines from the President's speech which were made at 8:59:30 ET and
at 9:02:48 ET (00:59:30 Z and 01:02:48 respectively). In other words, the President repeats "The Best Is Yet To Come" and "proud" a few minutes after Senator Grahams remarks. Q Drops 4878 and 4879 probably bracket the prouds above (note that is proud X 4, the President's proud makes that a 5 X Proud.
