The naval base is close to where the plane was taken for a joyride. After the Skunkbay weather report on the "mystery missile" was mentioned, people are thinking the launch-pad for that missile may have been a retro-fit submarine. iirc

Gentlemen that took the photo had a poster mention no noise present on missile launch. That confirms to me it was sub based, RED OCTOBER confirmed? Rogue sub?
