I actually got REALLY BOTHERED by the Giuliani proximity to this.

I verified first hand what went on.

Rudy had no clue what was coming. He was in WTC7 at the time. He called Cheney, who was running NORAD, TRIPOD2, VIGILANT GUARDIAN, etc and asked Cheney for a No Fly ( NFZ / AEZ ) and Cheney basically made it obvious he wouldn’t give one. “I sent all the fighters to the other side of the country - so, no.” Something to that effect. Cheney then asked Rudy where he was and said “You’re not supposed to be in WTC7. If you wanna live you should leave now.” And Rudy started screaming at him when it was obvious Cheney knew what was up - and swore to “bury him if it took everything he had”
