ADD: Person who sent the link (as a result of a pop-up that appeared on her phone), says RSBN is now reporting on Twitter that they've been inundated for the last few days with people coming on their site as a result of this message.

They say it's not just from the http://www.simonparkes.org/post/urgent-information link of tonight, but has come from other sites as well - and that unknown people are apparently trying to cause mischief and/or harm.

(There's no date on this, but I figure it's better to be wrong/foolish than miss it.
