I really hope I'm not spreading disinformation, BUT....

• I do not believe I've ever seen nor heard of US Military openly carrying arms (I think several of the soldiers you see walking are openly carrying rifles) ON US SOIL, OFF of any Military Base or Installation.

• If they were simply transporting the equipment from one base to another, again; I don't think the trucks would have weapons openly mounted.

In short; I do not think anything in this video is normal, nor indicative of a "training exercise"
