United States, Inc (the Nation that most people refer to as the USA) filed bankruptcy in 2017ish and was liquidated Nov 5, 2020. The new Company (DJT formed) was THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, INC. This took effect.

Everyone voted into office on Nov 3, 2020 and accepted the electoral votes on Jan 6th was under the UNITED STATES, INC charter/company/corporation, thus null and void.

At least that is how I understand this.
