From what I can tell, the Khazarian Jew boogieman is used as a scapegoat to excuse the evil that all Jews do... in the same way that Muslims claim that "real Muslims don't rape children" while child rape is so common in the Muslim world that they call it marriage and even have words to describe using tiny infants like a Fleshlight.

The theory is that Khazarian "bad Jews" infiltrate "good Jews" and trick them into committing sedition, treason and establishing horrific child trafficking networks, often using Jewish bathhouses as a cover.
