I heard 3 PM, and don't know if that is CST or EST, supposedly on RSBN, don't remember where I heard, take it as you will or not.

EDIT: I'm not so sure that if he does it will be at the Alamo. I think where I heard it they claimed he would be was somewhere at the Wall.
