Succubus and incubus have appeared throughout history, appear in many historical paintings and religious text. Maybe they were 'aliens' have been bonking people for a long time and people would consider them demonic as they had no conception of life beyond the stars. Everything they couldn't understand was demonic.

There used to be a children's show many years ago in the UK called Catweasel, a medieval peasant somehow ended up in the modern day and he thought he was beset by the devils tricks every time a light bulb came on or he saw devils speaking in a box (TV).

There might very well be demonic non corporeal entities (I believe that) but that doesn't rule out real flesh and blood beings who ain't from around these parts (I believe that too). Or crossover and confusion between the two and perhaps it is even a vast 'satanic deception' involved with it all.

Who the hell knows, we are still a very primitive species in the vast scheme of things and the Universe is a very peculiar place. J.S. Haldane once said "the Universe is not only stranger than we suppose, it is stranger than we CAN suppose" (actually the original quote when I read it decades ago was queerer not stranger, but that was when they hadn't yet changed the meaning of that word. :)

Face it, when we say what is and isn't possible we are putting limits on God and his creation and squashing it into a little box so we are able to understand it.

Simon Parks maybe a fantasist or not. He may be bonking something 'other' or not. He thinks he is (or he is lying, but speaking about something like that just brings ridicule so risky endeavor unless you ain't all there in the first place). But...it ain't THAT off the wall hiustorically so while I would take those claims with a large grain of salt, I'm not going to completely dismiss him because of it. YMMV.
