This is very interesting, and the point you bring up about how satellites can be used to control communication filled in something I hadn't looked into further. These purported functions also explain recent events with the rumored blackouts.

I spent some time on the latest drops from Q a couple months ago. Specifically I looked into the links from post 4951.

Why is this relevant?

How do you 'show' the public the truth?

How do you 'safeguard' US elections post-POTUS?

How do you 'remove' foreign interference and corruption and install US-owned voter ID law(s) and other safeguards?

It had to be this way.

Sometimes you must walk through the darkness before you see the light.

Bryan Ware's public profile was a dull read. His role as Assistant Director for CISA was to protect the US's critical infrastructure from cyber threats. He had a background with the Department of Homeland Security working on "Cyber, Infrastructure, and Resilience Policy." At the time I was digging into this, just recently, SpaceX's newest launch had taken men into orbit to dock with the International Space Station. It was a big deal for obvious reasons. Someone, I can't remember who, from Trump's team was making a big deal out of it.

It struck me. The name of the craft that SpaceX had launched was Resilience. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Crew_Dragon_Resilience SpaceX has also been authorized to carry classified cargo. I'm betting Resilience brought up a satellite to assist in its namesake's mission, i.e. "cyber, infrastructure, and resilience policy." If it is true that satellites have the power that Owen's interviewee claimed they could have, then this whole theory becomes very clear to me. It's no coincidence that Q also dropped a youtube video of the launch of the space shuttle Discovery in post 4947. Possible spurious connection is that "discovery" is also a legal term which became famous this election.

Elon Musk strikes me as a Trump insider. He joined Trump's early administration as part of the business council, and left fairly quickly because of ideological differences, but... as we all know, nothing is as it seems.

As an aside, something interesting about Bryan Ware was that, as his profile describes, he started out as the CEO of his own AI company in 1998. With the recent white house press release on AI, I wonder how much Bryan Ware contributed? I doubt he was fired. And despite the reporting, it seemed to me he loved the work he did and left because his role was done.
