So with that out of the way - there are a number of deltas. Some follow 1 year, some 2, and some 3. And it changes. There are far too many "coincidences" for it to be a coincidence.

If you think of the plan like a story board, it might make more sense. You lay out the important pieces, put in place the things you know - like there will be an election on Nov 3rd, congress will be in session on these days, etc. Some things you can't control, but you can influence enough things to steer people in the right direction, and you know certain thing will trigger them, so you plan those in.

A lot of it is fluid, some of it is misdirection, some of it has double meanings, some of it is designed to focus on events or individuals, and in some cases, you already know how those people will react. So you play on that.

You also know when you can put EOs in place, which can guide the outcome of some events.

Honestly, I can't imagine what it took to put it in place and into motion. There's probably thousands of people out there doing little tasks that influence how people react to things. And then there's news drops. I could go on.

One more thing - deltas are used to show us what will happen (to prepare us for the future, and guide our thinking), they are Q proofs (future proves past), and they are used to mislead the DS players (that didn't happen - ha, see, Q is a larp).
