Argument centers around the fact that in his statement, he noted his role was "ceremonial," therefore he didn't really partake in certifying any fraud since he had no real authority, and yet was there to see it all... Would clear him, while still involved & able to testify.

But video possible, too, or more likely other digital communications... Probably lots of emails between Pelosi & SnaPence on that hard drive that got stolen raided from her office!
