Pasta is good, rice and beans take time to cook so you may want to go with canned versions of these. Propane is a good way to cook if you can get 20lb bottles, the small ones are a rip off. There are heaters that attach to a propane bottle that double as a stove. A coleman camp stove that uses unleaded gas is good. Like the other anons said, pancake.bread and corn bread mixes are good. Powdered milk and eggs are good.Chocolate milk mix makes the powdered milk more palatable. I agree with the other folks, just go to the dollar store or Sams or Costco and avoid the Survival people. Water is essential, I see it for a dollar a gallon. Fill your bathtub up with water so you can have water to flush your "Head". May God bless you!
