I live in bay area. You can't convince me that these are clouds. I'll give you details so you can understand better. The jet exhausts leave a trail of white smoke behind. On the days they dont plan to spew smoke, I can clearly see they dissipate within seconds and no trails left behind for too long. But on the days they decide to commit this heinous act, those exhausts are thick and never disappear. But instead they keep spreading like thin dust/smoke and sometimes its so bad that sunlight is weakened significantly.
