The only reason I disagree, is because a Trump's term doesn't extend beyond the 20th, regardless. Either he's sworn in for another term or not or military command comes in
Biden, sworn in, can undo Trump's EOs. If he's sworn in, ceremonially and executes presidential office (which he would in the first 10 days or week whatever) he is president. There is no take backsies.
IMO, people like Juan and BARD are pushing the envelope to try and encourage their audience to stay with them. If the 20th happens, their audience goes. They don't want that.
The only *unless that applies is unless there is a declaration of war, however, again, the swearing in is a problem. A big problem. The military would have to take over either before or straight after. It doesn't jive with law to allow it to go ahead.
Biden could call in UN troops if that were to happen after the fact of swearing in. They'd be seen as a military insurrection then.
